LIGHTHOUSE-The Senior Center employs aides to provide up to 60 hours a month of personal care (bathing, dressing, meal prep., etc.) and some environmental services (light housekeeping, laundry, etc.) to enable elderly and disabled persons to remain in their homes and be independent as long as possible.

FAIR (Family Alzheimer's In-Home Respite)-Clients with a doctor's diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease or related dementia can receive up to 16 hours a week of in-home respite care. Aides will do a variety of activities with the client while the caregiver is given a much needed break. Fee is based on income.

SHIP (State Health Insurance Assistance Program) Provides assistance with insurance and Medicare questions.

Adult Day Care-The Senior Center provides several days a week of day care for Alzheimer's or dementia patients. Vans pick up the clients and take them to a day care facility for a day of stimulating activities before returning them home again.

 
Services offered by the Senior Citizen's Center are available to all persons regardless of race, religion, sex, creed, or national origin.
